These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and crikxs ("crikxs", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality available at crikxs.net and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By accessing the crikxs website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any part of the crikxs platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies incorporated by reference — including the crikxs Privacy Policy and the crikxs Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all players accessing crikxs from Bangladesh, including players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar, as well as any other region within the territory of Bangladesh. By using the crikxs platform from Bangladesh, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under applicable law.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

crikxs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, crikxs will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any update, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English. The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version and shall govern in all circumstances. crikxs is an English-language platform serving the Bangladeshi market, and all communications between crikxs and players — including support correspondence, account notifications, and promotional communications — will be conducted in English.

Access to and use of the crikxs platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active crikxs account.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether applied through crikxs or any other responsible gaming programme — that would restrict your access to online gambling platforms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of crikxs or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

2.1 Age Verification

crikxs takes its commitment to preventing underage gambling extremely seriously. During or after the account registration process, crikxs may require you to submit documentary proof of your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identity document showing your date of birth. crikxs reserves the right to suspend access to your account pending age verification and to permanently close any account where the holder is found to be under the age of 18.

Any winnings accrued by a player who is subsequently found to be under 18 years of age at the time of play will be forfeited in full. crikxs may refer such cases to relevant authorities where required by law.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The crikxs platform is designed and operated primarily for players in Bangladesh. It is each player's personal responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account. crikxs makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are appropriate or available in any location other than Bangladesh. Players accessing crikxs from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

To access the full range of crikxs services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must register an account on the platform. Account registration is free of charge. The following terms apply to the registration and maintenance of your crikxs account.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address, and a mobile phone number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You must promptly update your account information if any of the details you have provided change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one crikxs account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where crikxs identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, all accounts except the first registered account may be permanently closed and any balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided in their entirety.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crikxs account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. crikxs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify crikxs immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your crikxs account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

All financial transactions on the crikxs platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). crikxs supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your crikxs account balance within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank wire transfers may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account. crikxs does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges for which crikxs is not responsible.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. crikxs reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on individual accounts or across the platform. You may also set your own voluntary deposit limits as part of the responsible gaming tools available on your account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. crikxs processes withdrawal requests within one business day of approval. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your wallet within 60 minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. crikxs may impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day. Before processing any withdrawal, crikxs may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification, including submitting a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.

4.3 Player Funds

All player funds deposited with crikxs are held separately from operational funds. crikxs does not use player deposits to fund its own operational expenses. Your real-money account balance represents funds held on your behalf and is available for withdrawal at any time subject to the conditions set out in these Terms.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If crikxs reasonably suspects that a deposit or withdrawal transaction is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity, crikxs reserves the right to freeze the associated account, withhold the relevant funds, and report the matter to appropriate authorities. Any funds arising from fraudulent deposits will be reversed and the associated account permanently closed.

crikxs offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar — including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section and the specific terms published on the Bonus page at the time the offer is made.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds issued to your crikxs account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the Bonus page and in the promotional communication issued at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount applies as the default. Real-money funds deposited to your account are always available for withdrawal regardless of any active bonus wagering requirement.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus offer specifies the eligibility criteria that must be met in order to claim it — including minimum deposit amount, qualifying payment method, account status, and the time window within which the bonus must be claimed. crikxs reserves the right to decline a bonus claim that does not meet the stated eligibility criteria, or to reverse a bonus that was claimed fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

5.3 Abuse of Bonus Offers

crikxs monitors account activity to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculation. Where bonus abuse is identified, crikxs reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, close the relevant accounts, and forfeit any winnings derived from the abuse.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

crikxs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued after a player has already claimed it, the player's rights with respect to the already-claimed bonus will not be retroactively affected, provided the player continues to meet all applicable terms.

By using the crikxs platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Opening or operating multiple crikxs accounts under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Using the crikxs platform to launder money or to engage in any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the crikxs platform or the experience of other players.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion arrangement.

6.2 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of crikxs complies with all applicable laws in Bangladesh. You are also responsible for any activity that occurs under your crikxs account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. crikxs strongly recommends that players never share their login credentials and enable all available account security features.

All content on the crikxs platform — including but not limited to the crikxs brand name and logo, website design and layout, text content, graphics, images, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of crikxs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.1 Limited Licence

crikxs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of crikxs.

7.2 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on the crikxs platform are developed and owned by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. Your use of those games through the crikxs platform is additionally subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant game providers.

7.3 Restrictions on Use

You must not use any crikxs content or branding in any manner that could mislead others into believing that you are affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of crikxs. Unauthorised use of the crikxs name, logo, or any other proprietary material is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of crikxs's intellectual property rights under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crikxs and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the crikxs platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a platform outage, technical error, or interruption of service.
• Loss arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from security incidents outside crikxs's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by crikxs in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including the suspension or closure of a player account.

8.1 Platform Availability

crikxs makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and performance of the platform at all times. However, crikxs does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or circumstances beyond crikxs's control may result in temporary service interruptions. crikxs will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

8.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves risk. By using the crikxs platform, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager. crikxs is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur while using the platform. It is your responsibility to manage your gambling activity responsibly and within your personal financial means. crikxs provides responsible gaming tools to assist you — see the Responsible Gaming page for details.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. crikxs operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and responsible gaming. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and crikxs with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
